Welcome to VT - Video to Text (vt.aisoup.ai, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service is an online video-to-text tool: it extracts publicly available captions from video platforms, performs AI speech recognition for videos without captions, and offers AI content analysis, translation and PDF report export.
The Service is provided "as is". Transcripts and analysis are generated automatically and we do not guarantee their completeness or accuracy.
Some features require an account (email code or Google sign-in). You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Free and paid plans have usage quotas as described on the Pricing page. We may adjust quotas and features; material changes will be announced on the site.
You may not use automated scripts to circumvent limits, interfere with the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Content behind the video links you submit belongs to its original creators/platforms. You must have the right to process the content and comply with the source platform's terms.
Transcripts and analysis results are for your own use; you are responsible for how you use them.
Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider (Paddle), billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service; our total liability for direct damages is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
