This policy explains what information VT - Video to Text (vt.aisoup.ai) collects and how it is used and protected.
Account: your email address (for sign-in codes and account identification); with Google sign-in we receive the email Google provides.
Usage records: video links you submit, their platform, processing status and usage counts (for quota management and service improvement).
Technical: a browser cookie (guest quota), IP address (anti-abuse rate limiting), and analytics (Baidu Analytics).
Only to provide the Service: sign-in, quota management, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and product improvement.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Video audio is processed transiently during transcription and deleted after recognition completes; we do not store it long-term.
Transcription uses third-party AI services (Alibaba Cloud Bailian, Tencent Cloud, etc.); audio is handled per their privacy policies.
If you bind your own API key in Settings, it is stored encrypted, used only to call the corresponding service on your behalf, and can be deleted anytime.
We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and guest quota identification. Third-party analytics (Baidu Analytics) may set its own cookies.
Sensitive data (keys, verification codes) is stored encrypted or hashed. You may request deletion of your account and associated data anytime via the in-site "Feedback" button.
